Additional Details

a complete run of this important art history periodical. With contributions by A. Benois, Diaghilev, Kondakov, Maeterlinck, Roerich, Somov and many others. Long active in the St. Petersburg art scene, the editor, Peter Petrovich Weiner, ultimately suffered an all too common fate under Stalin when he was imprisoned and later executed for counter-revolutionary activities in 1931. Scarce at auction, ABPC records only three complete runs appearing in the last 25 years.
